Leadership Studio is designed to teach you how to lead yourself before you try to lead anybody else.

Because let’s be real, everybody wants to be the boss until it’s time to make the hard decision, have the uncomfortable conversation, admit you were wrong, stay consistent when nobody is checking on you, or do something you really don’t feel like doing.

Leadership is more than a title.

In this studio, you’ll learn how to trust yourself, make decisions, communicate clearly, set boundaries, take accountability, handle conflict, and become somebody people can actually depend on.

You don’t have to know everything to be a leader.

But you do have to be willing to grow.

Leadership starts with YOU.

Not your employees. Not your followers. Not your clients. Not your kids. Not the people around you.

You.

Before you start worrying about how everybody else is moving, you have to look at how you're moving.

Are you doing what you said you were going to do?

Can you make a decision without asking five people what they think first?

Can you admit when you're wrong?

Can you communicate what you need instead of expecting people to figure it out?

Can you keep going when nobody is standing over you making sure the work gets done?

That's the kind of stuff we're talking about in Leadership Studio.
